Fisting - advice

One for the lafies mainly.

Can all women receive a fist ?, and those that do, is it enjoyable ?.

The reason I ask is my wife gets VERY wet and I regularly get three fingers in, and can get a fourth.

However, I then worry I am hurting her, I can feel that 4th finger hitting a bone, and worry it must be painful, therefore we both go no further.

Have you any tips, even if the tip is 'don't bother - its rubbish !"

I really would like to see how my wifecreacts to the full feeling, and she must feel simikar to let me keep trying.

So, as asked, is it possible for evety woman, is there a technique and is it worth it.

How big are your hands for starters?

Be highly surprised if you are hitting a bone with 3 fingers in. Be stretched tight muscle if anything.

Being mega relaxed and in the zone is a total pre requisite as is a bit of confidence and communication. If you are pushing too hard she'll tell you.

We can push a baby's head out, a fist isn't going to kill us. The trick is to relax and I find from experience that a corkscrew sort of manoeuvre works best, rather than just pushing straight up.

Yes but your body changes in order to allow the child to pass through.

Just a heads up, regular fisting will put your wife at risk of vaginal prolapse. Maybe bring some different toys into the bedroom if you want to try something different. X

As said, we do try, but get to a stage where its difficult, i am worried i am hurting her, I can see she isnt comfirtable, so we end it.

Re the prolapse. Never heard of this, is that a real worry of happening, or, just something that can happen one in a million.

The body changes in order to allow a fist in.

I enjoy being fisted it does feel amazing and I do get very wet as a result of being fisted.

As for techniques slow and steady until the body has adapted to take you a fist. Lots and lots of good quality lube not the nasty Durex.

this is so true but is beatable exercises those pelvic floor muscle's to ensure you keep things nice n tight ...

and no i dont want to be fisted but i do however do my pelvic floor exercises everyone should do them if they can male or female
