If you met someone on fab and they were on your friends list. But the connection broke down so you decided to block them. How much of your profile can they see? Can they still see your status updates and if you added new verification?

Nope, I think fab blocks everything from your profile but I think if they were really up for it they can see the verifications you leave on other profiles if I’m not mistaken xx

And new photo uploads if they check the new photos when you upload / or if you get on the hotpics they can see you there…

The message they will get doesnt even confirmed that they're blocked.... its something like "the other user may have blocked you, made their profile private or closed their account".

Unblock him, see if you can view his profile. If you can he hasn’t blocked you, if you can’t he’s blocked you (or hidden his profile). Then block him again afterwards if you want to.

In theory, how can he block me if I blocked him first and he doesn't use forum to find my profile? So he can't name search me or see my profile atm? Unless if he's kept history of our messages?

He can block from old messages. Or if he sees you on the forum and tries to look at your profile he'll see he's blocked and he can block your profile from that screen.

To me blocking someone like on other social media is you never ever see their profile again. It should just disappear.

If they happen to be browsing newest uploaded pics when you upload a pic they will be able to see that, but they won't be able to fab it. I'd imagine it's the same if you ever make it on hottest pics too.

I was under the impression a block would mean the person blocked couldn't see your profile, status updates or any new pictures added?

You will still see status updates and new pics added on you local feed but you can't open their profile to view without unblocking them

It mostly just stops them accessing having any sort of interaction with you, but as previously stated they can still check your pics provided they happen to be looking when you upload or if you make it to hot pics, they can still chat to you though the forums and they can check your status updates.

So it's not a perfect block, it's like a soft block.
