I never look.

Alice wears hers on a night out, girls night, etc. I seem to recall her wearing it to e.g. the supermarket, but literally just once or twice.

I once had a truly remarkable encounter with a couple who I met in a hotel bar whilst I was working up in Alaska, she was proudly wearing her anklet with HW and two male and one female symbols on it.
