It can take a while for some couples to commit. Maybe they are getting off fantasising about hooking up before doing it and have finally taken the plunge.

Or they aren’t genuine! Speak to them and find out

People use here as they see fit. Some for the social side. Some for meets.

For many life can get in the way. Work. Family. Etc etc

I’d talk to them both and maybe ask them the question

It is perfectly possible for a couple not to have a verified meet after a year but I tend to become wary the longer they go - the probabilities of the “couple” turning out to be a single guy go up with long term unverified profiles.

Generally if I see a profile over a year old with no verifications I assume that there's a good reason for that.

It's not an automatic no, but it's definitely a red flag for me.

Will they cam/chat on phone with you ? Doesn't mean they're not real,but so many men pretending to be a couple on here sadly .

If they won't cam/speak on phone and you're suspicious I'd just stop engaging at that point .

We did have 2, but they had very poor hygiene and got funny with us so removed the veri lol

people say ask for cams or phone calls i and as a couple have been on this scene 30 years never have we gave out our phone numbers never our emails or any app and never via cam so if you follow that then you will miss out on 1000s of couples who never do those things also .. and weve had 100s of meets over those years and cannot remember the last let down ...fakes are so easy to spot after a few messages go with your gut feeling

One shown, 2 according to the summary. But regardless that means at least one meet went well enough that there was a positive verification left.

I tend to only show recent veris from people I continue to see, because who cares what it was like to meet me years ago.

No verifications could be down to a myriad of reasons and not all of them are bad for sure, but those reasons could well involve not being who they say, or resembling their pictures, poor hygiene, no shows, or just meets that weren't fun.

Sometimes I choose not to show my veris or my summary. If people assume I've had no meets despite having my profile for over a year and don't bother to ask, then that's fine with me. If they really wanted to know if I'm verified they'll ask me and I can show thwm if they really nees to see them. If someone chooses not to meet me because I'm not sharing details of my previous sexual encounters for all to see, then that's fine with me too as it comes across a bit shallow.

When we first joined on an old profile it took us forever to get a veri. Not because it wasn't possible but Mrs always got so nervous. We probably came across as time wasters but at the end of the day, we weren't gonna go through with something that had the possibility of an adverse effect.

The nerves and overthinking are still a thing now, and we're a few years in.

I’d only meet those who are photo verified. Keeps you safe… mostly. But it adds an extra layer of security for yourself

As a single guy who's been on here on and off for years I think being unverified and called a red flag is unfair.

It's not through lack of trying, longest I've stayed in a single stretch is 2yrs and had 2 meets in that time both of whom were unverified themselves.

So it's the old catch22, an unverified profile can't verify. And yes I know all the advice about going to clubs ers, but that's not something I've ever wanted to do.

Wouldn’t bother me too much, if they will be willing to share face pics and phone numbers for meet to be arranged later.

They might just register account to explore lifestyle or simply weren’t ready for whatever reason.

90% of my meets are away from fab most are repeat meets or regular guys fab is for finding other regulars but with the luxury of knowing im in zero rush so nearly all my meets dont need veri's

Maybe they have met people who are new and not verified them selves. So they can't be verified then. Or they have met and just not had comments in verifications. It has happened to me. I've had two meets and no verifications.
