It was MrRT’s birthday (which is coming up again, that’s what reminded me!). We decided to head out for a night in Cardiff. Town was quiet as it was so close to New Year. The bar we were in had those curved bay seating areas, next to us was another couple, he was at the bar, she looked a little bored so when MrRT went to get drinks I started up conversation. She was nice enough but a little guarded to start with which I understand. A few minutes later the boys came back with drinks, they’d clearly been chatting because they came back in conversation, laughing and joking.

As we settled in to our first drinks of the night, we all raised a glass for MrRT’s birthday and turned back to our respective bays. We of course immediately joked to each other about if they might be open to the lifestyle, whether we were attracted to them but also dismissed it as classic lifestyle fantasy stuff…..
