First of all, douche properly and make sure he is clean.

Secondly, start small. Lovehoney have a harness with a small “starter” dildo that is perfect for first timers. Stick a condom over it (makes cleanup easier) use plenty of lube and go slow. He can also work his way up using small plugs and things.

Once he’s used to that you can gradually work up the sizes. I’m still fairly new but I’ve got a 6” slim toy that works really well. Next up is a bit more girth, then a bit more length and so forth.

Always practice and always use plenty of lube before moving up a size, and prep before every session (ie use a smaller toy to open things up before going big). Above all, as with any play like this, always check he’s OK and comfortable.
