Are you dead set on a hotel? There are loads of holiday lodges/cabins on resort parks with them. Check out hottubhideaways.com

But also, I'd love to stay at Gilpin Hotel & Lake House in the Lake District one day.

I'd recommend the Standard in kings cross, they have suites with jacuzzi baths outside

It's kind of semi private tbh but they encourage naughty behaviour really so no issues

I look on air bnb, you can filter by amenity adding hot tub, they can be reasonable and there are some stunning ones in Essex
