Douching isn't necessarily great for our bodies, so prevention is largely better than cure. Focus on your diet, experimenting with the contents, meal timings etc, so that you know your system and them manage this fundamental aspect as your own expert.

This should minimise the amount of douching that you need. If in doubt, don't get fucked

Get one of the shower attachment type douches, but don't leave it in your bum for very long.

Can take a while if you're eating larger meals regularly. Also when you think you've finished and ready, insert a butt plug. That will find anything still lurking.
