If I understand you right your not happy your getting rejected in fab and wouldn't reject a customer in your business?

Well they are different things - customers are CHOOSING to give you there customer and coming to you.

If you are contacting someone first expecting to get somewhere that's a totally different situation

I know most people are on their phones but this is why I stick to my laptop and my Grammarly extension. Lol!

Grammarly makes me look more intelligent when truly my brain looks like the OP's a just constant stream of run-on random and out-of-context thoughts.

If I read it correctly: you replied to a message with a ‘smiley’ and it showed up in the message as ‘??’.

You can’t blame someone getting annoyed at that - even if it was sent in error. Text speak shows lack of effort.
