A submissive or bottom who, by words and behaviour, maintains a rebellious, unruly manner toward their dominant A brat will argue, act out, and be obstinate to be chastised by their Dom - and then get fulfilment by finally yielding to their Dom wants.
Brats are driven by various factors, including the desire for attention, the desire to create trust with their dominant, and the desire for punishment. As a result, a brat's dominant is also known as a brat-tamer.
Disobedience might manifest as sassy or sarcastic answers, yelling demands, attempting to top from the bottom, or being physically evasive. In many other ways, the brat role is still a classic submissive. The attitude expressed is often light-hearted and playful rather than nasty or cruel. This, however, is subject to the dynamics of the dominant-submissive relationship.
