They do say the best way to get over somebody is to get under somebody. However I don’t think it works if you’re fucking his friends haha

No quick fix matey, it’s just time. Which I know is shit advice but that’s all I have for you

I've had the same done to me, so can empathise with what you're going through. Time will heal but I'd also add, don't carry any hurt into the next relationship (and you will have them despite what you think/feel at the moment)

I'd not be doing that myself, I'd move straight on to the next great thing and live well and better without them.

If they're a heartbreaker they'll not care. You'll just give them more to talk shit about you about.

Well there's nothing quite like getting over someone by getting it on with someone.

The instant gratification and being wanted helps.

Longer term it's a pain because time is the greatest healer. Days go by now and I don't think of her so that's a win.

Eventually it will be weeks and months etc.

You do what you need to do.
