Why is sex often referred to as 'dirty'? Or talking about sex is 'dirty'?

Surely we have got away from the bad old days when sex = dirty?

It reminds me of playground talk.

Haven't we moved on from there?

Some haven't.

For some I think it's immaturity.

For others it's like a kink. Makes them horny thinking they are naughty.

Maybe because they associate sex to a mechanical body act only.
