Is it harder?…

Hear me out.

I’m reading more and more that it seems to be increasingly difficult to meet genuine face to face couples.

Is that the case. What is the current experience like for you all?

I was on previously on an old profile and had a lot of fun. I took a year away and came back. It’s a struggle, but that being said it seems to be the case for guys who are single. That being said it does seem harder. Does covid have an effect of increased reluctance?

People will say my profile…. But I get good feedback on my profile.

Anyway I think it’s wider…. Even the dating apps are harder to meet people….

That or it’s the fact I’ve moved and the change in area has effected it (I doubt it being in Leeds now)

Anyway what’s your thoughts. This is becoming more of an attention thing rather than an exploration tool?…

I’m trying with clubs but they seem to have limited guy memberships that require interview!

Exactly this, there are some social events in Leeds and York coming up in the meets and request section, maybe worth popping along to one?

there are clubs that dont limit as much ..... since covid the site has flooded with men but also with some couples and women leaving then you have all the women and couples on here who dont meet or use the site just to keep in touch for clubs and socials ...

also add in alot more want regular now than ever before ... it makes it very hard for guys ... but if youve been here before and was successful then there no reason why it wont be the same ...cant you try and get veri's from those you met in the pass ?

The overall quality of messaging and profiles from many guys on here is basically dire.

There are too many guys on here who don't have a clue about swinger lifestyle and hence their expectations are just completely unrealistic.

This does impact the decent guys because it does become impossible to sort out the wheat from the chaff.

The couples I was involved with years ago said it was a nightmare to manage. Like a full time job.

On my couples profile, We just want to meet guys. No couples, no girls (same for my solo profile) Yet we receive hardly any messages at all. Maybe mfm just isn't what guys want at the moment?

You can put filters on and block certain demographics but that actually makes it harder to actually meet decent folks too.

Just as some of the others have said, absolutely nothing wrong with your profile - it's actually quite refreshing to see one where a guy's bothered to write!

It's mostly sheer volume of messages and as others have said, sorting out the good from the bad!

Thank you as well. I do try to make an effort as it’s worth it, but I definitely think it’s becoming harder to stand out!

Does this question the genuine nature of them? Maybe it’s being seen as a tinder hook up thing.
