not unless you do it too much, or incorrectly, no...

for a further post back, should be okay with piercings if you select one that easily encompasses the piercing and tissue and doesn't put the piercin interface under strain.

We've nearly got the full set, nipple, clit, pussy and cock. Our came from the usa. It's a good quality pump that disconnects so you can put the nipple cups on then do the clit cup etc... A few pumps for pleasure, a couple more for pain.... Depends on your fancy....
