Is there any etiquette regarding wearing perfume / body spray when swinging in clubs or out dogging etc?

Is a light scent generally accepted?

One chap I visit now and then asks me not to wear anything so that his missus can't smell it later!

I can see if your meeting someone on a one to one meet and they are cheating. But when visiting clubs that shouldn't be an issue at all, if your cheating you will need to have a shower before going home anyway as you will smell of sex.
