I’ve seen 3 fantastic watersports videos this morning on fab. I wonder if admin are finally allowing this? It always seemed ridiculous that you can put it as a kink but not post anything! Also that you can post a vid of someone being DP’d while covered in cum and sucking another off but a simple WS video isn’t allowed!

Its to do with UK laws, pretty sure its considered an extreme pornography and thats why its not allowed

On here yes, but technically with porn filmed in the UK they ass it as watersports

Sort of. There was briefly a law preventing both watersports and squirting being portrayed in UK-filmed porn, as well as acts like fisting and even face-sitting. The ruling prompted minor sit-in protests for a while, but the law was rescinded a good while ago now. The Fab rule is just that; a decision taken by the site - although a lot of sites are under pressure from payment companies not to include what they regard as "extreme" material, so that may well be a factor.

^ this is fully correct.

The proposal to include things like watersports and other mild fetishes in the law was removed. Other safeguards were put in place for things like s&m that stipulated a full video interview must accompany the sexual bit before and after to encourage the consent angle.

I do think it sad that fab don't permit watersports videos and pictures.

You can upload a WS vid and classify it as private then send to whom you wish.
