I think the expression ‘dad bod’ is pretty well understood to suggest a level of tubbyness beyond OP’s current frame. No?

"I think the expression ‘dad bod’ is pretty well understood to suggest a level of tubbyness beyond OP’s current frame. No?"

I can't help but notice a lack of similar feminine nomenclature.

Agreed obvs. But it’s still a clear connotation innit?

Not chasing any compliments btw.

I have been told I am not gym fit (that's obvious) and told that my "Dad bod" isn't attractive, a first time reference.

Leading to the question asked... what's preferred.... do six packs or Dad bods get more meets/social ?

I feel single men are on here in abundance, with various body types... I only see profiles with the most verifications are owned by muscular and toned men.

Get to the gym and get a six pack. Stop excising your lack of motivation and determination, and the inability to escape your comfort zones by attaching your self to a phrase.

I've got better things to do. Going to the gym is no substitute for a personality.

Is it impossible to have a personality and go to the gym for 30 nins three times a week?

Perhaps, but I've still got better things to do (and I'm not unfit).
