Out of curiosity. How many people can honestly say

How many people can honestly say that they read someone’s profile fully even if it’s a lot to read ?

I am definitely one of those that would read a profile bio all the way to the end, even if there were no common interests.

Is that unusual?

I read everything, but then I'm the kind of freak who reads toothpaste ingredients, adverts on thr back of bus tickets,etc, so it's not necessarily an endorsement.

We always read profiles...some are really entertaining and it's the only way to see if there's any interest.

We ALWAYS read people's profiles when messaging. If someone can't be bothered to put effort in to read a profile then they are not that interested

Depends why I'm on it but if I've any intention of contacting them,then yeah... you need some inspiration as to how you at least attempt to start a conversation. Granted more often than not it doesn't get read but, if they ever do at least you're in with a fighting chance

Normally I'll read it all unless I come across a part where they are asking or describing something that isn't my thing or if I think I don't meet what they are looking for. If that's the case I stop reading and move on.

I wouldn’t think about meeting someone without reading the whole of their profile urgo if I’m thinking about meeting them, I’ll read the whole thing , war and peace.

That doesn’t mean I read every profile I come across though, if it doesn’t otherwise grab my interest I’m not going to waste my time

I read them to the end for the most part. However, if it's ridiculously long or there is a total absence of punctuation then I do get bored and give up.

I expect people to read mine (not just a piece of meat ) so I would do the same for them.

I do normally read the profile unless it is incredibly long. like the op I am dyslexic, so the written word is not my favorite form of communication.
