We have been involved in both.... personally I loved both... but as a female, MMF would be my first choice LOL. But seriously FFM can be just as good as long as everyone is happy and playing.

I have had several, very lovely experience having the attention of two turned on women who are into each other and you. Go for it if you get the chance.
