How do you recover from an ex that’s left because your bi but she knew from the beginning , ie more that 10 yrs

Relationships ending are rarely so simply boiled down to one issue. In my humble opinion.

It sounds like you’re hurting from the loss, and that’s a horrible feeling. But you will get over it. Nothing lasts forever, good or bad. Pouring all your focus into something else really helps but it might take time to feel like doing anything. Be kind to yourself x

Probably she felt like a change, and the only excuse she could think of was that you were bi, however daft in the circumstances.

If that's the only thing she could come up with, I'd take it as a compliment...
