Why do people think larger muscles don't have endurance? At a weight of a very muscley 220lbs, I served as an airborne special ops combat medic (overseas, different country) and believe me, just to get onto the course you have to be quite fit

Think I prefer the " ultra athletes" or "athletic" types! Stamina all the way for me. I do admire the work and dedication of the fabulous strongmen types on here. I'd just be terrified of being squished!!!

Dumbell incline 47.5kg per side, and flat bench 125kg and lat pull down on lat machine 100kg a side need to strap myself down or get a spotter to hold me down by my shoulder because its more than double what I weigh

Since I build houses for a living and maybe skinny to many out there and dont have the body builders framework.

Dosnt mean I cant handle alot of stuff ive seen many a body builder struggle lifting what I lift.

Ive seen many a body builder have the piss taken out of them when there all mouth,

Saying they can lift this and that and when it comes to a simple beam lift they cant handle it.

Many have left the job as they cant hack it.

Good to know. But when I see men that look all pumped up on steroids I still steer clear. From direct experience Performance has def been an issue in the past when there’s a link to steroids
