Who picks the outfits for the lady half of a couple to wear for meets?

We have an agreement that I can pick the outfits that she wears but she doesnt find out until 1hr before the meet. She loves not knowing how rude or sexy the outfit will be.

Any other couple do this?

We are the same. For meets and clubs. Although there is the odd occasion where she will come up with a sensible and practical reason why a part of the outfit would be reconsidered.

Absolutely not, I wouldn't dream of telling my wife what she should wear! She does do the usual "does my bum look big in this" thing, but I always say " you would look great wearing a bin bag" and "can we go now it's getting late"
