Pineapple pendant on necklace?

We all know the connotations of Q of Spades, anklets with H W and so on.

Maybe I'm a bit out of touch, or it means nothing, but recently I've been noticing a pineapple shaped pendant around the neck of some very sexy ladies, that are part of a couple.

Does it have a meaning?
