Wondering what everyone’s thoughts are on verifying after each repeat meet with the same people? Do you?

I might verify a second time after some repeat meets. I mean, if they’re that good surely it’s nice to let others know?

I do. Upto them if they want to display all of them, some of them or none of them as I do, but yes I like to give them that option.

We wouldn’t unless we hadn’t met with them in a long time.

I’ve read repeat veris that can sometimes come across as slightly possessive and ‘hands off’

Very off putting.

I would probably do one for a social and then another if there were a play meet. Not necessarily for every time we met up though.

If they hadn’t had a veri in a while just to show they’re still active.

We might do a second one if we meet others in a new environment or different club. Definitely won't be doing a veri every time we bump into the same people at chams I just cba ha

Only joke veris. I'd prefer no veris for either of us.

This is what I would do too.

Verify for a social and then again for a sexual meet xx

I would verify after initial social meet - just to show the person turned up. If it is followed by a physical meet - I will also verify (first one only). I think it helps others, giving more dimension to the person's profile.

Same here. Lots of people verify after a social and say they can’t wait to meet again. I often wonder how many do actually meet up again. That’s why I do the second veri

That’s an excellent point, as people tend to be quite ‘diplomatic’ with veri’s a second one shows you did actually connect with them, and they are reasonably normal

"Wondering what everyone’s thoughts are on verifying after each repeat meet with the same people? Do you?"

If I see someone with many verifications from the same person I assume that’s a fwb or fb. That’s all I take from it.

For me, I’d need to meet someone more than once to have that option….

I have done so when I have met the same person more than once , as it may be a different setting .

I always do. Up to people if they want to show them.

As someone who likes repeat meets I like seeing that someone has met people more than once.

It shows that the “met this lovely one for a fun social” wasn’t just polite waffle. They were nice enough to meet again.

Also can be helpful if you only meet 2/3 regular people, as I did previously. People could be wary if it looks like you haven’t met anyone for 6/12 months, but actually it was just that I met the same people for a while.

Sometimes yes. We like to see some repeat veris on a profile with loads of veris. People wanted to meet them a second time

Nafferton, nr Driffield.

If one is meeting regularly it goes beyond the usual verifying thing on here. Maybe periodically as a favour showing both are still active but best to just enjoy each other ......

I will verify again if something significant has changed/happened, such as first meet being a social and second a hook up. Or if its been a while and we've, say, gone to a club together. Kinda like reverifying under a different circumstance. I wouldn't verify every single time I saw someone cause... why? Unless there's a new situation I'd want to say "yeah cool and safe" for, who is the extra veri helping? I don't need a diary made of fab veris hahaha

I thought the whole point of a veri was to confirm they are in fact who they say they are? Not to give a blow by blow account of their sex life. Also I'd be fucking offended if some guy was running off to write a veri every time we met.

It's

Just

Weird

Sometimes we do. We think it goes to show that you must be at least half decent and not total bellends if people want to meet you again after the first time!

Here and There

No, I wouldn’t. I don’t think it’s necessary.

Although I was part of another thread about veris and someone said something along the lines of ‘we don’t all express our excitement in the same way’ which I hadn’t thought of before.

So whilst I probably wouldn’t do a repeat veri, I realise it’s all part of the experience for some folk. Some really enjoy the veris.

We’d give a second because that could be very telling.

For example first was a social and then met again for play would show that the guy is happy to meet for socials first.

A second meet also means they’re probably not a nutter lol.

Wouldn’t bother with any more though.

Looks a bit weird usually.

I think it also depends on if you display all verifications, too. I see them as mementoes and mostly for me, and just display a handful.

Don't really see any point in multiple verifications from the same people, it just seems pointless. The only time it might be handy is if you haven't met anyone new in say six month or so, as you do get profiles saying don't bother us, or will be ignored if you haven't any recent verifications.

.

No.

I'd send them a little personal veri if they really wanted it but no. It's not really for me. I don't tend to write one for people I've had sex with. Maybe if I've met them at a few socials and the first was really naff.

It's called territory marking - how will everyone know you're obsessed with her if you haven't verified her 5 times?!

Yep as a single guy verifying a lady multiple times comes over a bit like that.
