If you think she’s not interested, put it in a box in your head and leave it well alone.

If you think she might be interested, what is she interested in - a relationship or a shag? If it’s a shag, is that shag more important than your friendship? If so, go for it. If not, take a step back and re-evaluate.

If you think she might be interested in a relationship, and you are interested in a long term relationship, go for it. Make yourself happy. But accept your friendship with your mate is over. So it’s better bloody work!
