It works but you can get sildenafil on prescription from your GP. You're allowed 4 pills a month.

Massive headaches and blocked sinuses plus takes away a large percentage of the feeling when cumming I’ve found. I’ve tried a few different ones too but also the same. Rather just have a wank without a pill and get more of a feeling when cumming.
