My wife and me are thinking of asking a friend of mine if he would like to have a threesome with us. My wife likes him and feels relaxed in his company. I am fine with the idear, my only worry is after it happens will it change our friendship. Would love some advice of people who have done this.

Thanks.

We had a bi male friend who we have know for 20 years or more, and had a very good afternoon with, but since then things have gone very quiet. I think it was that he only wanted the bi side and not another woman involved.

Great shame but thats life

Has the friend given any indication that this is something he may be interested in?

How much do you value his friendship? And more importantly is it worth jeopordising losing that friendship?

He's your mate and only you can decide whether it will change anything.

My pal knows we are in the lifestyle and keeps it to himself, he shows an interest and flirts with my wife as he knows i like that, but playing with her is a whole different ball game. He is very open minded though.

If hes open minded and knows your swingers and you want it to happen. It sounds like your mate and Mrs want it to. Have a word with him and just say what youd like to happen. Whats his voews and does he think itd make your friendship better or worse? Theres a big difference between flirting and actually joining you for fun JMO

Brighton - even Hove!

Get some ground rules and expectations in place so there's no confusion afterwards. A friend with benefits! Lucky man...

speaking from personal experience we tried this with a male work mate and it worked out just fine as we had all known each other for a long time and were all very comfortable in each others company .. it lasted for many months and was a very enjoyable time .. hope it works out as successfully for u guys if u decide to go down this road

Personally, I'd never invite a friend to join me in any 'fun' again. Been there and done that before, and it ruined friendships on both occasions.

I would ask yourself whether it's a friendship you are willing to risk losing, whether it could become a situation where he's just wanting the sex over the friendship afterwards, whether any fall-out could get nasty....

I would just suggest you think very long and hard before you make any decisions.

perhaps he worries about the same things, my option would be to go for it, and if he says no then i reckon yule all have a laugh about it and carry on as normal....after all, you are good friends if you dont mind sharing

Don't unless you are prepared to lose a friend. We think you should keep your vanilla and swinging friends separate. A vanilla woman friend broke up with her man and was complaining about her lack of sex, so we invited her to come to Chams with us and said she'd certainly get some there. She was horrified and said "didn't know you two were swingers, how can you do that?" - not quite as liberated as we thought!

My best mate asked me once if I'll have a 3some with him and his wife I told him yes but as long as it did not change our friendship in any way as it ment to much to me it would not change in any way... We did it many times over the years and are still best friends
