A couple of years ago, I was fucking my then girlfriend doggy style, and was fucking her ass with a small bullet.

I let go of the bullet and suddenly it disappeared??. Right inside her!

The gf panicked, but I managed to get it out after a couple of minutes and using plenty of lube.
