For me it has to be excise. My brain says no, eat junk food instead, but my chunky body screams MOVE IT LARD ARSE.

that made me laugh. I don't know why but 'lardarse ' always does

I would like to like my hair being grey. It's such a pain getting the roots touched up, it's getting expensive and more and more difficult to find a decent hair dresser.
