Think of it as a sliding scale, with "First Move" women one end and "Approachable" women at the other. All women will be somewhere on that scale between those two points.

Bear in mind though, it will also depend on the approachey. A woman that finds the approachey attractive and/or interesting is more likely to be happy with the approach.
