If you've got a shit profile, why would anyone think you are going to turn up and be anything other than shit?
Effort in = reward. "Some folk may not be very good at writing "decent" profiles, that doesn't mean they aren't nice people, just as those who have the gift of writing "decent" profiles may not be as nice as their profiles. Your _iewpoint is rather narrowminded. But that's just my opinion. | |||

Some folk may not be very good at writing "decent" profiles, that doesn't mean they aren't nice people, just as those who have the gift of writing "decent" profiles may not be as nice as their profiles. If you only meet privately then yes I think profiles (and photos) are the be all and end all. They are to us anyway..
If you mainly meet at clubs or big parties then no.
