All our close friends and some relatives know. My children have their suspicions and have mentioned it however I think they chose to ignore it. They are adults. Its nothing to be ashamed of. We love it and if others are ashamed for us well then thats their problem.

I told an old school mate about swinging. At first he was okay with it but after a while he kept having a dig at me for as he put it 'my lifestyle choices ' and I think that he thought I would be after his wife or something like that to be honest.

After a while I got fed up with the comments and questions about swinging and I now no longer have anything to do with them or his family. And to be honest I think that he thought he had something over on me as he then started to preach to me about how to look after my parents and the like.

So now I keep it to myself.

A cpl of close friends. And one of my daughters knows, but that is more to do with the fact that myself an my husband- either separately or together- accommodate and it's her home too. She is an adult, and does ask questions, and we are open and honest with her. It means she is more open and honest with us if she is meeting someone (she uses different dating sites) and makes safer choices.

I dont broadcast it, but if people ask I certainly don't hide it. The only time I might fib to keep it a secret is if I know it would offend someone to know the truth because of their religious or moral beliefs.
