This is a silly move, in our opinion anyway.

Inviting someone round your house to do some repairs, who is clearly expecting fun, well you said that anyway OP.

Rejecting that guy for any reason. Don't like him, attitude, even the fact that he might be married and hiding it on here!!

Them what? He has your address. Who knows what could happen??
