Going to a club isn't you accommodating.

I've noticed this more and more, personally I'm not into going to clubs, I'm travelling around to much to make the time for it.

But what's with the profiles saying 'can accom' then it says in their profile 'only meet at clubs'

In my eyes that's not them accommodating that's them travelling to go to a club?

Or am I missing something.

There's a difference between can accommodate and want to accommodate.

Perfectly reasonable for someone to not want some random coming round to theirs.

They’re most likely looking for more people to financially support their local club

It’s most likely them not accommodating strangers.

If you meet initially in a club, then you may get an invitation to their home once a connection has been established.

Club meets out the fakes and wannabes too.

They will accommodate if they so wish ... I could accommodate if I really wanted too but I'd rather not and meet folk at socials or parties for hotel fun after....

Agree with this, I get loads of messages asking for a meet. When I tell them we need a social first at a club or bar I get ‘but you can accommodate ?’.

Just because I can, doesn’t mean I will !

In the end those people are strangers and once they know where you live, you’re open to all sorts of issues if they’re a wrong un.

We can accommodate, but we generally meet in clubs and if all goes well we come back to ours after the club. If we've met people before we're happy to accom but having strangers in our family home isn't something we would be comfortable with.

All well and good if you have a club on your doorstep. Not as convenient if it’s the best part of a two hour drive, fuel cost, parking fee, club membership/entry fees, to see if someone is a fake/wannabe, then finally cross your fingers you make a connection……

Everytime I attend a club night I get a hotel, so that is accommodating if you take someone back for the night.
