You can do this with lots of hot water and shaving gel when youve already trimmed and shaved down but tbh you are better off using formulated genital hair creams

I shave upwards on my face for a clean shave and in all directions everywhere else!

I find it the best way to give that silky smooth feeling to the touch ,
