Seeing someone you know

What do you do? My husband has been speaking to someone all weekend at it turns out I know her fairly well. She didn't recognise my face pic for some reason so it was only when I came on that we realised. I told her I knew her. I feel awful now because she's really panicking. Of course it's not ideal, but I'm just laughing it off and of course no-one will ever know. Should I have kept quiet? I don't know how to stop her worrying.

its better to be honest when you can,

obvs its better to keep some things to yourself.

I think at some point there will always b someone that u will come across that u know if someone knows me I would rather be told if your planning a meet you may find it easier because u already know them and feel more relaxed about it . I hope more people reply to this so u can get more feed back what everyone else thinks

Ah we always wonder why people panic about seeing some one they know on a swingers site! There swingers! Your swingers and you know them surely if any thing it should make life easier well I there's a possible attraction of course lol

I've met folks I know on here. Where we live its inevitable. Just give reassurance that everyone is in the same boat. And ur not doing anything wrong but having fun x

Always a difficult one and there is no one solution fits all that can help other than simple honesty.

She/they are here for same/similar reasons you are; so ther is some mutual ground; next thing is to agree on the descretion required...

After all you not be the first swinging couple that lives near a sex partner will you im sure

I've never come across anyone I know in all the time I've been swinging/dogging.

Closest thing I have to that is that I seem to remember about 8 years ago when I went out for a few drinks with work collegues at christmas a female work colleague mumbling something to me about going dogging with her husband, but we where both sozzled so I can't be sure and never saw her when I was out!

this has happend to us two time, being contacted by someone we know, we told them , and was upfront about it, after all we are all in the same boat here, you know them they know you, so what, what can happen, atleast you have some common ground, and with your normal upright friends, you have that little secret, wicked,

Hell we have a friend who has been a friend for more years that we can imagine that found out we were swingers and we have had some very chilled swinging nights with them ever since lol

I wouldn't have kept quiet I would have been honest but then I would have reassured her you would be discrete and nobody else would know as you keep your knowledge to yourself.
