I only have the kids half time - the bed already has straps under the mattress and I’ve a big bag of crops, floggers and ropes … not sure I need one

In my last house I had one, the small 3rd bedroom. It was my sub topping from the bottom tbh "this would make a good red room Sir".

I didn't have the budget that the people on the show have but with a bit of imagination. I built a St Andrews Cross, boarded the window with pallets and put up some brickwork wallpaper. So it looked the part. A cellar would be ideal though.

Might do the same in this house.

I think it would be ideal to have a separate space. Somewhere you can completely switch off and get into the mood. Plus you don’t have to change the sheets before you can go to sleep
