Multiple profiles

Are multiple profiles allowed on here, almost everyday in my updates I see a new profile spring up with a name (I won't mention here) and a string of numbers, the age is always the same, so is location and the profile description, there are at least 10 of these profiles currently, is this allowed?

Think you need to report them to admin then block them! It's ridiculous how many fake ones there are on here
