No, not always then. On a day to day basis, yes I do unless we're deliberately going somewhere discreet for a specific purpose. Going shopping etc I want comfort and the knowledge that the wind isn't going to blow and reveal my 65 year old bum to all and sundry

I remember back in the days of me learning to drive, the instructor would say at the start of some lessons "just a reminder as its a windy day keep your eyes on the road not on the skirts being blown up".. Since then I've liked to see women in summer dresses, more so those that button up the front..
