Hello there

I would like to ask a question of you ladies out there.

Having joined the site 6 months ago I have had a fair bit of fun, but am looking to broaden my circle of friends on here. I have mailed everyone that I would like to meet up with (and I put effort into my messages, always reading the profile etc).

Th question is, how long should I leave it between mails? I don't want to pester anyone, you see, but I wondered what your opinion was.

I assume that weekly emails are not gonna be apreciated, but would anyone mind getting a mail from someone who hasn't mailed for a month or two?

Initial contact, as you say put effort in. If I really fancy the person and think they are likely to be v busy, I might send a second message a month or so later. If no response then, I just assume they arent interested.

For people I have met once, message them thanking and (if it was good) saying I'm up for it again. If no response, I personally dont send another. They have seen me, met me, if they wanted to play they would say so.

Best way to make friends rather than playmates is ot go to social and get busy in the chatroom.

well if at first u dont succeed try again!! after that i wouldnt bother u dont want them to think u a scary stalker lol just my opinion!! good luck and hope u get what u lookin for x

I'm assuming that your only planning to re-message the ladies who have'nt replied? Cos if you were to message people when they have said no, then you run the risk of being seen as a pest ... to be honest if they have'nt sent you a message back, I don't think they're interested, but a polite reminder a week later might not be too bad ... but after that then it's a sign they are not interested for sure

Once and once only if they dont reply its time to move on and try someone different, but single fems do get mounains of mail to wade through the quality of which leaves a lot to be desired sometimes and just gets deleted!

Thanks for your responses

I do intend to mail people who have not replied (as you say, the females on dating sites are snowed under with mails). If I am told no thanks, I don't pester.

I do use chat, though it can sometimes be dificult to stand out amongst the melee (but that is a whole new post!!!)
