Is anyone else suffering badly, I'm full of it this year. I have nasal spray and tablets is there anything else I can take? These aren't working.

There are various forms of antihistamines and nasal spray. Go see a pharmacist and buy generic versions as they are cheaper than brands.

Don't suffer myself but our eldest does and really sympathise.

For years we tried everything we could from over the counter until someone suggested asking our GP for Fexofenadeine.

It literally changed his life.

It's not having as much effect this year and he's having to use eye drops as well.

They have brought out an over the counter hayfever tablets with Fexofenadeine in called Allevia. Not as strong as prescription but might be worth a try.

Hope you get some relief x

Try Allevia OP. It’s about £7 from Boots but so much better than the cheapy stuff from Home Bargains x

Somewhere in Co. Down

Fexofenadine from your doctor is the best antihistamine I have found and you only have to take one a day. But it's the only antihistamine that has ever worked for me.

Go to a private gp and get the kenalog injection ideally before symptoms start but it’s 100% worth it

This works 100%, usually around £50 and lasts the whole summer.

No symptoms and very effective
