I was just wondering how popular a social meet it on here? You don't hear much of them.

I was thinking the perfect way to end the week would be in a sunny pub garden in a heatwave, but why not spice it up a bit by making it a fab social meet!

I have had a couple of socials in the past, but barely anyone seems to do them anymore? Are they still good or am I a bit boring?

Manchester (he/him)

I pretty much always have socials. It’s the best way to gauge connection, chemistry, build anticipation and it also rules out any fakes or liars.

Some of my favourite fab times have been socials

It’s rare for me to arrange a play date without having had a social first. A friendly chat over a coffee to check you both click face to face, takes 15 minutes if you don’t like what you see, but also a great ice-breaker and prelude to more if you do

I have played on first meets too though, when you both know it’s right

I always have a social meet first. Cause I like to

1.make sure they are who they say they are.

2. It's the only way to see if there is a spark.

3. For safety reasons.

I always have a social first. Like others said it's a good way to see if there is any chemistry and if the person is who they say they are.

I'd love a group social but as a single male most organised socials are off limits.

Really enjoy meeting people face to face do much easier and enjoyable.

There a regular one in Newport which is attended by a few from your side of the bridge. Its open to single guys with a meet veri. Always well attended (see thread in Wales forum) and always a good night.
