exactly what i was just thinking reading that... if the meet is d*unk like that you shouldnt do anything.. not unless you are prepared to end up in court if she changes her mind after. Last I heard it was classed as rape if one partner knew the other had no idea what they were doing through drink\drugs and therefor cannot give sound consent.

The law is very clear on this one if a person is dunk or otherwise not of a sound mind it is rape end of. Doesn't matter if you have consent even if you film the person giving consent won't help you in court. I enjoy a drink, I like the taste of a really nice dry martini or a bottle of Carlsberg. I very rarely get d*unk because I don't like the way it makes me feel or the after effects. I think there's quite a difference between people who drink alcohol and people who use it as a tool to get through situations they'd rather not be in.

I understand what your saying Cali, but even with the protection of your Master, it isn't consent from you. If I were to meet you in those circumstances, I would definately need something from you personally giving me consent.

I know there has been several high profile cases as to whether the lady did or didn't give consent for a sexual act to take place, I would imagine in the everyday world there are many occasions where a lady hasn't given actual consent to the person having sex with her, whether that be husband, partner, lover, whatever, but has enjoyed the experience and would consider the act normal and loving, for example if I was asleep and was woken by the lady I had gone to bed with giving me a BJ, I would consider myself to be damn lucky and very happy rather than hmmm I'm being attacked sexually because I haven't actually given consent to this before it happened, and that would be true if it was effectively a one night meet or a long term partner. However, I'd 100% not do anything with a stranger / first meet / fab meet without being 100% sure that the female has consented for things to happen.

Interestingly though, it got me to think about clubs or for that matter house parties and whether consent has clearly been given in situations like open room multi person play or in something like a dark room.

Most of my meets are at other couple's houses so I tend to drive and just have the one and stay sober.

There's nothing worse than watching the woman gulping down huge glasses of wine like it's going out of fashion, and getting so incoherent that's it's embarrassing.

I once met a girl for a few drinks in a bar and by 11pm I had to cancel the meet and physically help her into a taxi as she was so wrecked.

I think its stupid to drink at a swinging club or on a meet though. Even though swinging is great fun, you really need to be alert to the possible dangers, ie, unsafe sex, being vulnerable etc.

Would be a put off if I first met them and they were wasted. This is precisely why I prefer organising meets online instead of going out and pulling someone d*unk in a club in town.

it doesnt always work like that,there have been guys wrongly accused because a lady has got d*unk then felt embrassed in the morning,maybe bf/husband at home,

there was that tv progamme a while back about them 4 or 5 lads who were accused of rape,but when they shown the cctv footage it shown her being the willing party,so there is a fine line between it

I have to be honest I really don't find d*unk people attractive at all. I know that in my case I could probably do with people being under the influence just to contemplate fancying me, but I would much rather be with someone who was fully aware and concious of the decisions they're making.

I'd hate to think they'd regret anything once they'd sobered, and plus I like to get to know a person I'm being intimate with, not someone who doesn't even know who they are because they're too pissed. Not only that but the smell of alcohol is pretty disgusting to me and makes me feel sick.

Saturday eve we had a meet, and it was the guy that had, had a lot to drink.

I don't think you need to feel guilty. Not only because people should be responsible for their own actions, but also because if anyone should be telling him not to drive surely if should be his wife! Interesting thread, I wrote a lengthy reply and pressed wrong button lol so will be brief -

*OP was stupid to have played, an arrest for rape without charge follows you around for a long time.

*Meet was playing a dangerous game, p*****and mouthing off about how horny she was? Was she mad? Did she get home safely?

*I confess to once being d*unk on meet, to my eternal shame I passed out and left other female in vulnerable position with 3 guys. Stopped me playing for a long time and now never have more than 2 diluted wines on a meet.

*Unless we know the other person extremely well how do we know how much their judgement has been altered by the alcohol they have consume?

*Issue of consent is very murky and can be interpretated differently in different courts and cases. Case at moment reflects need for 'renewed' consent and lack of strength in implied consent (will say no more).

*Finally, slightly off point but refering to later points, ALWAYS report a d*unk driver, let police breath test and those safe can continue on their way. Like with other issues of safety DONT ever take chance.
