Take it slow, build up to it. Douche before hand And lube, lots and lots of lube. Communication is key. And when she's all the way in stay still for a min. Let your ass get used to the new feeling . Then just have fun. It's awesome when it's done with care.

Lubes, douche, relax. Now relax is a word easily said but hard to actually do. Your rectum automatically tries to close the moment an external object tries to get in. You need to practice the art of relaxing by fingering yourself first. When you finger yourself, your anal muscles tighten at first, then you can focus and use your mind to relax. This is easier to do than when someone else inserts a dildo. Do it for a couple of days before you go and you will know how to relax when you are being pegged.
