Seriously though, I've learned from previous threads that the preference depends on the person. Some prefer big, some prefer average.
Thankfully I'll be joining the above-average group post-surgery

On a serious note though, surely it'll end up looking a bit mangled and that's got to be off putting to people.
I'd be more concerned about not being able to get hard or it being painful when I did
Doctor has told me that it's a relatively risk-free procedure. There are risks as with any procedure, but as long as I take care of myself during healing and recovery, there should be no problems, and it will be a normal dick finally

Normal as in normal size and girth. That's the aim
You know you're already a normal size, you've said it in other posts, we've even chatted about it previously when I said I didn't know if your posts were genuine, attention seeking or wanting to be humiliated and told you are small
As you've said before this site isn't good for your mental health & I don't think surgery will help that, infact I'd be shocked if you pass the psych evaluation the way you speak about yourself it's obvious you have severe body dysmorphia
Think about what you've written previously, you've said you're an average size, you've said surgery will give you an extra inch or two, well average plus an inch or two in length & girth will not give you the supersize dick you strive for, at best you'll end up around 7 inches where most that want big want 8.5-10
You'll end up feeling even worse
