Will walk through the woods with my cock out, as I’m not looking to “flash” what sort of kink is that then?

Maybe you have a massive desire to end up on the sexual offenders register.

Ok. Let's the legalities out the way. Simple public nudity in pursuit of a lawful activity is not illegal. Though I would urge common sense to be applied. There are three exceptions to this rule. 1. There must be no sexual activity. 2. The person must not be mentally ill and a danger to himself or others. 3. There must be no intent to cause offence, fear and alarm (slight differences between England and Scotland).

If the poster was naked then there would not normally be a legal issue. If he is walking along, clothed, with just his penis hanging out then there would likely be an issue. Most Police do not know the law so a) never accept a caution and b) always carry a copy of the 16/4/2018 guidelines (download from British Naturism web site) with you.

But you could be looking at other laws like public order or breach of the peace

It's a danger link still as despite you being "sure" you won't get seen there will be a subconscious desire that someone will and that they'll find you irresistibly attractive and want to perform sexual acts on you

"But you could be looking at other laws like public order or breach of the peace"

That is the law that states "intent", it is for the complainer to prove intent. The hurdles for "offence", "fear" and "alarm" are higher than what you and I would think.

This is why I said to use commonsense. Going on a WNBR, working in your garden naked, walking naked in large woodland areas rather than a small wood is not going to be an issue that the Police would normally become involved in.

I have been walking naked for over thirty years and never had a problem. Mind you, I start my walk at 7am, in a very isolated area and down to minus 7c.

There is quite a difference between being totally naked in private settings or legitimately deserted areas and wandering around in potentially public areas with just your cock out.
