Does work. And a fab detoxer too. Hint of lemon and ginger.

Only if you are replacing bucket loads of normal tea, with milk and sugar, with it... Otherwise I would say that was absolute horseshit tbh

Better to stick with peer-reviewed scientific research evidence.

My guess is that it may have marginal, statistically almost insignificant results. The human body is incredibly expert at maintaining the status quo, which is why many short lived effects are often not sustained in the longer term. Yoyo dieting isn't a great phenomenon, where there is some short term results that aren't sustained either.

Weight loss is obviously much more complex than calories in/calories out deficits. So many things affect our weight. Some extra of green tea is a common ingredient in products sold as alleged aids. The placebo effect may help too, which should be visible within research results.

I'd research the evidence that's not connected in any way l, to any commercial product.

Can be good for weight loss as biscuits dunked in green tea taste awful. One cup of normal tea + four choccy digestives if far more fattening than just a cup of green tea.

Can’t attest to helping with weight loss but I highly recommend ‘Genmai cha’ green tea with toasted rice
