I have an attachment on my loo which I use. A butt plug should help loosen you. Best lube I have used is Liquid Silk. Not tacky and you don't need too much. Some finger play beforehand helps too.

Douche so nice and clean good lube and lots of it. Practice makes perfect try on your own see how you get on. Just be sure to take things slowly at least you know if its for you before you meet and no nasty surprises

A simple, cheap rubber bulb type douche does the trick and won't break the bank.

We use ID glide for lube which we get from the NHS 'freedoms' site as it's cheaper than anywhere else. Google it for details

Just take it real slow and don't try take anything that is to big to start...build up ! it will take time to get use to the feeling,,, but when you do get used to it! oh my it's simply amazing! some of the best sex I have had has been from that!
