Do you regret telling your other half about your kinks ?

Have any of you regretted telling your wife / partner your fantasy about swinging ? I personally glad I did as I feel communicating is important but luckily for me my wife is into the idea. Still probably a long way off taking it to reality but think it's worse if you kept it a secret I did for around 5 years then told her

I don't regret telling my partner, when we got together I told him right from the start I will not be faithful and I didn't expect him to be. We don't have to lie about what we are doing.

We have very different needs when it comes to sex but enjoy being with each other so it works for us.

No because it as brought us closer opening up and letting each other know what we want. Now we experience things together knowing we can push each others boundaries knowing each others limits on our journey

Can’t understand why anyone would regret it even if one of the kinks wasn’t for the other then that would be fine .If we never talked about our likes and dislikes then we wouldn’t have been able to grow together sexually..

Because kinks are often not accepted by people who don’t share them, and can be found repulsive or offensive. That’s a big potential can of worms to open up into a relationship.
