Have you read any swinging books?

If yes what did you think of them?

We chatted for a very long time before we joined any sites and I bought many books on swinging to gain insight.

Can anyone post any book reviews?

Haven't read any swingers books - never really thought about it. Where can you get them from? Waterstones/Borders or more specialised bookshops?

I bought all mine from amazon... plenty of titles, cheap, quick delivery and comes in brown cardboard lol

No,after discussing between ourselves what we thought the pros and cons may be and what we were looking for we did a bit of research on the subject and just went into it slowly and tentatively making sure each of us were comfortable and happy about it lol

The guy who owns La Chambre in Sheffield has wrote a couple of books based upon he and his wife's experiences over the past 20 years or so .. they are called swingers 1 & 2 .. they give a fantastic birds eye view into the swinging lifestyle and we both enjoyed them very much .. it gives insights into the ups and downs and inbetweens .. I can highly recommend them ... think u can buy them off the La Chambre website x

The only swinging book I have read was 'The Pendulum' by JH Dobson, it was crap

Actually does anyone know where we can buy a copy of Barry Calvert's "Swingers Going All The Way 1". We have a copy of no 2 but can't find a copy of number 1 at all.

We ordered one from amazon who happily took our money and sat on it for 4 months before saying they couldn't supply it! What a way to run a business

On Le Chambre website it simply says

Copies of the book are available from all good book sellers. You can also purchase a copy at La Chambre in Sheffield - and, if you ask nicely, Barry might even sign your copy!

It is published by Chimera and is priced at £7.99. ISBN - 1-903136-17-2
